After becoming a dad he struggled to find the time and motivation to maintain his fitness. This inspired him to start Superfitdad.com.au where he shares health and fitness hacks and weekend workouts to help time-poor dads get the biggest bang-for-their-buck.
Ben blogs about health, fitness, nutrition, personal development and finances. His work has been featured in LifeHacker, GQ and The Good Men Project.
Born and raised in Britain, he now lives in Sydney, Australia. He has a young son Drake (a.k.a. #superfitkid) who just got his first set of kettlebells and a dog named Derek (a.k.a. #notsofitmut) who seems immune to the fitness bug infecting the rest of the family.
